A long time between posts

by Jeremy Saunders on April 27, 2009

Wow…the last 4 months have flown by…been so busy at work and home. My New Years resolution was to start blogging every day, but that hasn’t exactly happened! Been working on multiple customer engagements, which has been challenging and absorbed a lot of my time and focus.

Have taken a lot of work off the opposition. They just don’t get it, which makes it so easy for me to win the business when I explain my methodology to the customer, which includes the way I automate things, etc.

I’m on some really cool Groups through LinkedIn, such as Cloud Computing, Enterprise Architecture, etc. Reading/Following many of the threads absorb a lot of time.

On top of that Jo and I have been renovating our house, which needed to be completed before the winter rains start. I took 7 days off work, but spent most of it working as a brickies labourer. That was fun, and I love working with tradesman, as you learn so much, but at the end of the day you are so physically exhausted, that I struggled to stay awake past 8pm 🙂 Most nights I was asleep before the kids!

Anyway, I’ve completed some really cool stuff that I will post over the next few weeks. Always happy to share my scripts and methodology.

Cheers,

Jeremy.
